    Ben Blom is the Director of Restoration at Save the Redwoods League. The League is embarking on the largest restoration project in North America, targeting 70,000+ acres of redwood forests in need of a little TLC. The catch? The League is going to use some of the same tools—chainsaws and heavy equiptment—that caused the degradation in the first place. Alex Leumer is a policy consultant and Sacramento insider.
