Jim Caruso is an experienced global talent development, business simulation, and executive education leader who has designed, facilitated, managed, and customized over 300 business acumen and leadership courses using business simulations in 5 continents. He has positively impacted over 10,000 individuals and graduate students from over 100 organizations including 50 Fortune 500 and Global Fortune 500 companies, across all industries, functions, and talent levels.

He heads Global Talent Development Simulation Solutions which designs, develops, and delivers customized business acumen and leadership development learning solutions using business simulations. He has also served on the Association for Business Simulation and Experiential Learning (ABSEL) board and is a 4-time NYC marathoner (3:11).
