Hy and Christopher are joined on the program by Jefferson Morley, a former Washington Post Reporter & Editor who is an expert on the assassination as well as vice president of the nonpartisan Mary Ferrell Foundation, the nation's largest source of online records of Kennedy's killing. He writes on these subjects at jfkfacts.substack.com.

In 2011, Morley sued the U.S. government for more records. As he explained, "The FBI is finally saying, 'Let's respond to the president's order,' instead of keeping the secrecy going.
