Join me, Cassandra Crawley Mayo, as I sit down with the remarkable Meridith Alexander, a best-selling author and motivational speaker, who shares her transformative journey. Meridith opens up about her struggles with feelings of unworthiness despite her outward success and how the tragic accident involving her daughter Skylar in 2016 shifted her perspective on life's purpose and resilience.

In a heartfelt conclusion, Meridith illustrates how personal pain and grief can be transformed into a purpose-driven life by founding the Grit Academy. She offers valuable insights into self-discovery, shifting from a mindset of lack to abundance, and harnessing one's imagination to envision desired outcomes.
