Surround yourself with supportive people, pursue activities that bring joy, and don't hesitate to seek help from friends, mentors, or therapists.You are stronger than you realize. This pain is temporary and part of your journey. Better days lie ahead. Believe in your resilience, take one day at a time, and be true to yourself.
