  • Josie is stepping back into work and creating a new series focused on healing the seven primary chakras, starting with the heart chakra. While she had several pre-recorded episodes ready to go, she felt a strong call to connect with the new moons during this challenging time. Grieving Hoshi’s passing has been heavy, but Josie is choosing healing and honoring his memory by showing up for herself and anyone who needs someone to sit with them as they heal.

    In this episode, Josie teaches about nurturing your heart chakra and embracing resilience, love, and connection. By the way, she apologizes for the sound of her tissue near the microphone. You may still hear it, despite our best editing efforts, as she wiped away tears.
