  • Ep 170 - Girl, it's a Moth!
    Dec 16 2024

Kevin talks about a manic message he received from a follower on Instagram after a dramatic altercation with a moth and PJ talks about the difficulties of navigating a quiet life in Japan when you're a massive yapper. For the theme they discuss all their tips, tricks and hot takes when it comes to letting the hair down at office Christmas parties and also reflect on the most chaotic Christmas party to ever take place, the Stryker Christmas party of 2019 (but it's all only alleged bits that happened as the lads don't fancy being sued).

  • Ep 169 - Holding Space for Jonathan Bailey
    Dec 9 2024

The lads are back after a brief hiatus with a scandalacious and swankified episode. They first fill you in on what's been happening since PJ left for his honeymoon in Japan and Kevin stayed on in Melbourne and share all the details of their trip to the tattoo shop for their matching 'That's Showbiz, Baby' tattoos. Does Kevin regret getting one or has this sparked a new tattoo obsession?

They then give you the Wicked review that nobody asked for, revealing what they loved and didn't like so much from the movie, talk about the heartthrob that is Jonathan Bailey and give the last riff from Defying Gravity a go just for giggles.

They then discuss their experiences of auditions and talk of their desperation for a gig when they were for trying to make it in the industry and read out submissions of chaotic audition experiences from listeners including a tale of a certain stage school teacher in Ireland who ripped kids to shreds over their teeth in preparation for an Avonmore milk advert.

  • Bonus Episode - Inflammaging Gracefully with Science Week
    Nov 13 2024

This is a very special bonus episode brought to you by Science Week. Of course the lads are no experts so they enlist the help of Dr Ruth Freeman to talk all things science. Science Week 2024 is harnessing the power of regeneration. From protecting our natural world to creating more sustainable approaches to energy supply, it’s time to reimagine the way we engage with the world around us and enhance our collective strengths.

Science Week 2024 will be taking place from the 10th – 17th November, with a wide variety of events taking place across Ireland. There is something for every generation with events happening all over the country.

  • Ep 166 - The Trojan Fridge
    Nov 11 2024

The clocks have gone back and the lads have a bone to pick with Greenwich Mean Time and PJ is astounded to learn that GMT is actually based off of Greenwich in London. Kevin gets hot and bothered listening to Andrew Scott saying sexy stuff in a sexy voice. The theme for the week is wills and inheritances and the lads speak about how they often tear families apart but Kevin maintains he wouldn't have any issues in those instances as he's not a greedy person.

  • Ep 165 - Lean in to the Meme
    Nov 4 2024

PJ expresses his despair at not being home for Halloween to give sweets to the trick or treaters and Kevin shows PJ a pic of his niece dressed as a pumpkin and she couldn't look more cute. They talk about cancel culture for the theme and share how they always got bad vibes from R*ssell Br*nd and talk about the hysteria caused by the Livestrong bands.

  • Ep 164 - Sharting on Set
    Oct 28 2024

Kevin and PJ had a busy week as they began shooting a tv series which didn't come without it's obstacles (a storm that resulted in a cancelled flight and diarrhoea). This week the boys ask if laughter really is the best medicine and examine how Irish people find the funny in every situation and question whether or not sometimes this is done to our detriment. The also explore why we have a tendency to laugh at the most inappropriate times and both agree that Donald Trump is hilarious.
