I Didn't Know I Needed Them

I was (finally) diagnosed when I was 28 (32 now) and super appreciate this podcast. I think I've listened to 5 episodes in one day when I first found them. I relate to what is being said so much in each episode and very much appreciate that this podcast exists. I love Dead To Me on Netflix and love and appreciate that Christina is similar to the character she plays. I don't really recognize Jamie but agree with what she says a lot - the balance required between wants and shoulds, that a chronic illness requires grieving, staying with how you feel in the moment... They just both feel very real and authentic and this wasn't something I know I needed to listen to.

Brave and Strong

Your truth and raw honesty bring a much needed voice not just for MS or chronic illness but for all women who struggle to find their voice.

I also want to tell Jamie check out a neurological chiropractor to help your son in his recovery journey. Check out https://pxdocs.com/. My grandkids go to one of the docs and they do truly perform miracles.
