Carolyn Sophia Skowron spent many years silently grappling with depression and anxiety, alongside struggles in school that left her feeling unsuccessful despite her best efforts, numerous tutors, and hours of dedicated study. Carolyn Sophia Skowron is deeply passionate about mental health and suicide prevention. In 2021, she published her first book, Unbreakable, which shares her journey through adversity and how she overcame mental health struggles.
