"This is the number one thing that I tell people. It sounds ridiculous. Raise your hand. If there is something that needs to be done, step up. If you don't know how to do it, learn how to do it, the more that you can show yourself as being capable. And as being the one willing to do the tasks that no one else wants to do, the more opportunities you'll have for advancement.”
