If there’s one thing I hold above all else as the cornerstone of my growth as a human being, it’s my relationship with Rachel.

For the past 8 years, we’ve chosen each other, again and again. In the moments of joy, in the messiness, through every high and every heart-stretching low, we’ve returned to love. And not just love for each other, but love for ourselves, our path, and the evolution we’re committed to walking side by side.

Because of that commitment, we’ve unlocked something rare, a wellspring of connection, curiosity, joy & devotion that continues to expand beyond anything I ever imagined possible.

Every once in a while, you come across someone whose very presence seems to ripple with something different. Someone who, from an early age, realized they could access realms & wisdom that others simply couldn’t see. My guest today is just such a soul, a spiritual healer, mystic mentor, & oracle whose work blends constellation therapy, kundalini yoga, & a tapestry of other healing modalities.

Her journey began in childhood, when she innocently shared with her brother that, at night, she would leave her body & fly through the world as she slept, and invited him to join her. But instead of excitement, he bolted straight to their parents, utterly freaked out. It was in that moment she realized: not everyone was experiencing what, up until then, she believed was simply a part of being alive.

From that day forward, she devoted herself to exploring these gifts, embarking on her own hero’s journey, traveling into the unknown, & dedicating her life to the mysteries that called her. Over the years, she has honed her craft & become a trusted guide for hundreds, helping others break free from the chains that held them back & awaken to the deepest potential within themselves.
