Fabulous info & fun delivery!

Fascinating health topics that actually pertain to everyone! Breaking down difficult subject areas in order understand & see the health benefits. Eleanor and Kristin have a wide variety of books on a range of topics I want to know about. It’s fun to spend a drive with these two! Enjoying every episode!
