Definitely low budget.

All of these stories are under 20 minutes and yet they can’t even be bothered to do a second take when they trip over words. Lots of background noise, I swear I heard a cat toy lol.
But here’s the what everyone is going to get mad at me for: if English isn’t your native language maybe you shouldn’t do audio books in English. Maybe do them in your native language. There are 2 stories we’re I couldn’t understand what the narrator was even trying to saying.

Doing Lovecraft a disservice

How in the world can you have some of the greatest horror literature ever written narrated by an individual who’s completely disengaged from the material?!

Monotone and boring

These are classic tales of horror read in an excessively boring monotone and emotionless tone. Gave several a try before giving up.
