    As CSMs we have tons of calls, and tons of follow-up emails to do. Some tools allow us to use “the template” which makes that job a bit easier, but really it provides no value to our customer.

    The whole point of following-up is not only to follow the guide of the Gentleman (This doesn’t exist) but really to make sure the customer knows we’re paying attention, and that we’re following through on all the things we said during our call.

    Even though follow-up emails should be sent right after your call, sometimes it might take a few days before we get to it — And a few days is enough (at least for me) to cloud my memories with distant images of zoom calls after zoom call.

    That’s why Oggam.ai is so valuable to me because it composes my follows based on how I speak, as well as based on the conversation.
