Mudando a pergunta: Será possível uma pessoa de Tecnologia ser amiga de uma pessoa de Vendas

Presenciei muitas vezes durante a minha carreira literais "guerras" da área Tecnológica com a área Comercial.

Eu tenho a prova que é possível, e não, não foi por causa do vinho Moscatel Generoso Carcavelos, da Villa de Oeiras.

E o melhor, a vida sempre encontra forma de se acertar. Um dos meus microfones "deu o berro", então além de improvisar o setup também tivemos que "alterar" a dinâmica da conversa, pq só tinha um que funcionava.

E não é q de repente temos um "Council Circle", que na verdade a "limitação" de só uma pessoa poder falar de cada vez (quem tem o "bastão" na mão), acaba por ser um convite a uma escuta e partilha profunda, sem interrupções!

Falamos de muita coisa:

• De como é importâncíssimo abrir para perspectivas diferentes!
• De ser uma obrigação, principalmente de quem passa para líder, de fomentar e dar o exemplo de curiosidade e respeito por outras áreas fora da tecnologica!
• De que não se chega verdadeiramente longe... sozinho.
