As someone who works in cybersecurity, Nick knows the importance of reducing risk. However, while it may seem counterintuitive, he imparts that there is no way to completely get rid of risk, only to reduce it. And the only way to reduce your risk is to take action. 

    Don't get stuck in analysis paralysis. Like in cybersecurity, it's not about if another cyberattack happens, it's about when it happens. Whether it be in business or life in general, you're gonna make more mistakes in the future. It's best to get them out of the way now so that you’re more prepared in the future.
