In this episode, Kyle & Selina Almodovar share their most current experience of getting out of a season of grief & loss and how couples can build a strong foundation, even during the hard seasons.

After a two-week break to mourn the loss of Kyle's father, Kyle and Selina start off the newest topic of their 2024 FOUNDATION series, which just so happens to be about the HARD SEASONS. Having just gone through this themselves, it's only fitting that they open up with a frank and vulnerable discussion on loss, grief, and how couples can maintain their relationship when going through those particular hard seasons.

We're back! The not-so-lucky part of our story when it comes to loss and grief is that Kyle lost both of his parents while we were married. Join us in this episode as we walk through each season of loss and how we overcame a season of grieving a parent not once, but twice.
