  • Three Mindful Breaths

    When we become overwhelmed we have a tendency to take shallow breaths or hold our breath completely. This is a quick reminder that your breath is your most valuable tool to release stress and calm the nervous system. Use these three mindful breaths as often as you need to relax your body. It may feel hard at first to inhale and exhale deeply but the more you practice the easier it will get.
