  • Tallahassee Democrat Jeremy Matlow Discusses the Harris Economic Plan Impact on Florida Businesses
    Oct 19 2024

Text us for a shout out!

The future of business in the Sunshine State is front and center as the nation and State move towards the 2024 Presidential election. The Florida Business Forum reached out to Republican and Democratic Party officials for an insightful and candid interview about their respective business plans impact on Florida businesses. Only the Florida Harris Campaign Leadership responded.

Florida Business Forum Host Sam Yates' interview with Tallahassee, Seat 3, City Commissioner Jeremy Matlow took us inside Matlow's own business experience and insight into the impact a Harris Business Plan would have not only on Tallahassee but Florida businesses overall.

Florida's Number One Business Forum Podcast discussed infrastructure, health care, construction, the home building industry and more. Our interview also had revelations about the political future for Matlow himself -- an aspiring Democrat who some political observers say could be one of the party's leaders in the next few years.

The Florida Business Forum welcomes the opportunity to hear from Republicans and the Trump campaign on their plans for businesses in Florida.

  • An Exclusive Interview with National Housing Endowment President/CEO Mark Pursell
    Oct 13 2024

Text us for a shout out!

What is the state of America's housing industry and, more importantly, the future of home building across the nation as a shortage of workers continues to grow? That is but one of the major topics covered in a focused and far-ranging interview with the President and CEO of the National Housing Endowment, Mark Pursell.

Pursell joined Gold Coast Builders Assocation Executive Sam Yates and the Executive Officer of the Treasure Coast Builders Association, Deb Frazier, to stress the importance of bringing students into the home building industry. A variety of training programs and grants are helping to expand introductions to the home building market but, still, thousands of workers are needed.

In this episode of The Florida Business Forum, first streamed on the Gold Coast Builders Association's Builders Spotlight Podcast, you can find out how to support more education about the nation's home building industry.
