Hilarious!

I freaking love this podcast! that being said, if you are new to The Debt of Time, this might not be the best place to start. There is nothing that beats actually reading this masterpiece for the first time. If you are like me, when reading something the first time, I don't want interruptions. This is full of tangents and reactions and explanations that will interrupt your binging.

Once you've read it though, please come back here and laugh and giggle snort right along with the rest of us! Kat's reactions as a newb to DoT are fantastic! The side conversations and tangents are truly wonderful and so hilariously entertaining.

Thank you all for your hard work putting this together for us and congratulations on all the babies!

Love them! I'm still on season 1 but I've read the whole thing twice now, so I'm enjoying my time taking it slow! so funny! :)

Like chatting with friends!

Having previously read this story, it’s been great to take it slower and experience it with others! It’s a bit bumpy at first, as the ladies get their podcasting feet under themselves, but now, a couple years later, they have found their footing! If you like a good story, with commentary- and occasional tangents, try this one out!

Okay so to be clear - do NOT listen if you want a pure audiobook style... while the story is read throughout this is NOT an audio book. It IS an experience. I just found this yesterday and am 10 episodes in. Having already read the book this centers around; I LOVE hearing the hosts talk about things in the midst of the story, and having the one host who has never experienced before is giving me a really great 'reliving' experience.

Is the audio a little choppy? Yes. From the quick listens I've given future seasons it cleans up. Do the hosts mispronouce some things and sometimes have real life intrude? Yes. But to me it makes it better - as I go about my day it feels like I have 2 best friends chatting into my ear.

Great reading, amazing hosts!!

Keep in mind that this isn't an audio book or a podfic but a podcast, and you're gonna be thrilled!! These lovely ladies are phenomenal hosts. Claire's reading is so good, and Kat's reactions (while sometimes delayed 😂) are SO worth the wait! The banter between the hosts and their editor is so much fun, and you really feel like you get to know them. There is an amazing community surrounding this podcast and you can thank this amazing trio. You'll laugh, you'll scream, you'll cry, and you'll keep coming back for more!

Great Podcast

I really have enjoyed this podcast. I had read the story in the past. When I found this podcast I was just getting into listening to audio books and podcasts so it really helped keep me entertained that there was banter and story. There is a learning curve (with everything) and it is noticeable in the first season but the later seasons are great. I will also say that the first few chapters of DOT are slow anyway but it picks up and it is a wonderful story.

Fantastic show!

This is hands down one of my favorite podcasts! If you're looking for an audiobook, this isn't it but I would definitely stay to listen! The chemistry between the hosts & editor adds to the show and makes it feel like you have three great friends chatting away in your ear. I will say that the initial season is a little rough with the audio, but they were just getting started and it has dramatically improved over the seasons. I love hearing the tangents & banter, that may annoy some, but I thoroughly enjoy. I love the show so much that I became a patron on Patreon! 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

My favorite part of the week!

Claire, Kat and Hannah Beth all make this story so fun to be apart of! While reading the story, we get true and raw reactions from the group. If you are wanting to straight telling of The Debt of Time, you won’t find it here, but in its place you will get to know these women, their funny stories, sidebars and random trivia along the way so that it’s like meeting up with friends rather than listening to a show.
