Fabulous fasting advice for beginners!

I just jumped in and I'm loving all of the actionable steps that I can take. Also, this podcast has been relieving my anxiety about fasting for longer periods.

A Late Bloomer

I am 80 years old.. Starting weight 326 lbs.. I am now 260 lbs.. Have learned so much from this... I got the Fasting and the eating window Down.. It was the little things That finally clicked in Such as Salt , Water, And eating protein 1st.. And I have just now started weightlifting Thank you.

These guys are awesome and so knowledgeable!

They have gone through the health and weight loss struggle and are really providing a cure for all that is making us sick.

I like Tommy

I like Tommy a lot better than Scott. Scott comes across as quite a know it all and if I hear the word juxtaposition one more time I’m going to stop listening. But overall, I like how they review scientific articles that they find and share their experiences and insight. And I think it’s cute how Tommy laughs Scott.

Keeping me on track

I'm so glad to find these podcasts. I have been omad fasting for 6 months on my own. I needed encouragement and fine tuning. This podcast has become a companion in my journey.
