• Examining Scripture - Looking for Summary Verses in Scripture
    Feb 15 2025

In this episode we discuss what a summary verse is, what the benefit of summary verses are when reading Scripture and how to look for them.

Our discussion covers some summary verses for the whole Bible and then we look at an example in Matthew 25:1-13 (the parable fo the Ten Virgins). We also look at Luke 16:19-31 (the the Rich Man & Lazarus).

Examining Scripture is targeted to Believers in Jesus Christ. Our thesis is the Bible intimidates Christians. As laypeople, we encourage Believers to seek answers to their circumstances by going into scripture to find what God has to say.
