Liz has worked with large multi-national hair salons, beauty salons, spas, barbershops, aesthetic companies, skincare houses, pharmacy and franchise companies and worked at every level of the industry from retail sales through to management. For business chains, Liz has a range of offerings including tailormade programmes for Owners, Managers and teams, Manager Executive Coaching, Team Training. For salon distributors, Liz has a full portfolio of training and coaching opportunities, including CEO Executive Coaching/Mentoring to team coaching and focused coaching groups. Liz also facilitates a ‘3 Day Business Owners Retreat’ where brands and their stockists can take time out from their busy work lives away from distractions, and totally immerse themselves in what they want for themselves and for their business. In addition to her own range of courses, Liz works with many brands to develop their education programmes. This includes Dermalogica, of which she has partnered with alongside Shearhaven to provide salon owners and stylists Anti Domestic Violence Training, Image Skillnet and many of the industry's top beauty brands including Schwarzkopf and Wells Professionals, where her programmes are annually included in the Wella Education Book. For single salon owners, Liz offers a Group Coaching Programme – The Successful Salon Formula, which she launched in 2023. Through the programme, Liz personally helps salon owners to implement and turbocharge their salon by providing training on how to be a great boss, how to have a great client experience every time and how to generate great sales over a six-month period.
