  • Heaven’s Gate was founded in 1974 by 2 leaders, commonly known as Ti and Do. The group spanned 24 years, and had over 200 people pass through as members. Tragically, on March 22nd, 1997, 39 members participated in a mass suicide, believing they were following Ti and Do into the afterlife.
