  • Summary

  • The irony of human nature is that it is only through our restlessness to grow that we pave the way to contentment. In a world filled with choices, and where morality is subjective, how does one assess in which direction to grow? Is there a universal standard that defines growth? How does one measure growth? In this enlightening conversation, Meditation teacher and author Sharon Salzberg, co-founder of the Insight Meditation Society in Barre, Massachusetts supplies insights into her firsthand experiences of discovering its true potential. As she says, the outcome of its success is in our ability to love and compassion. Complimenting her, we hear insights from Daaji on how to imbibe qualities that help on this journey of self-realization.
