Speaking my language

Won’t stop now! Heading to episode 4.
I stumbled onto this Mel Robbins teaching and wow! I had no idea how much I need this right now. I am all in, heading to episode 4 now. At 54 I am feeling SO stuck, thank you Mel for already giving me some hope. 😊

A Road Trip & an Elephant
I really liked the metaphor of your life being like a road trip. I always felt my life was like a rollarcoaster: something I had no control of. Driving a car down the road of my life makes me feel as if I have some control. Similar to Mel's metaphor of a chained elephant, I feel like I have been keeping myself in my own prison. Now is the time to break free!

Everything Mel Robbins is Great!!
Using the hubs acct: I was so happy to see a new podcast with Mel Robbins. I’m on only the 4th episode but I already feel good and even excited for change. Of course, that was after going through a few other emotions in the first 3 episodes. I love her stories and the simply put lessons.
