Happiness

I wasn’t sure what to expect as I opened this podcast on a dreary rainy morning. It elicited some undescribable feelings deep down within, simply put it just made me happy. Drawing off of real world people in real life words this series of episodes was just what I needed!

There is optimism to be found!

But you may have to listen to the episode for clues on where to search... A wonderful poem and great discussion between Luisa and Cheryl Strayed about a crucial theme for our troubling times. And in case you missed one of the reasons for optimism, it is that people are putting their hearts into making such podcasts!
