Okay, I get it.
Quitting on the 2nd episode. "He-rased from Herstory?" It's like the writer wanted to cash in on the nightvale phenomenon, but totally missed what made it work. It is the mark of a bad writer with poor imagination, to resort to lobotomizing male characters to make the strong female characters look better next to them. And quite telling. Through that whole "look how progressive I am" con, how many writers prove themselves incapable of imagining a female character who stands out on her own? No, instead they basically borrow the quirky-snarky-sarcastic-basic internet personality everyone's already seen a million times and they make her the smartest person in the room the only way they know how. By making everyone else a drooling moron. Indeed, writers can't create characters any smarter than themselves.
