    In this conversation, we speak on how our own personal role of cultivating and nurturing our inner environment is key. If it's true (and it is to both of us) that it is our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs (those programs) that shape our experiences then we might wanna reprogram and rewire our own subconscious mind so we can create new defaults that actually contribute to our lives. Yes, we have the capacity to do this, our brain has the capacity to do this! Ok, so what is the 'how?' What if it's easier than you ever thought possible? What if it starts with simply noticing our thoughts, our beliefs, and our programs without judging them or ourselves, just noticing and from there we and choose to focus on what we would like to experience instead.... kinda like daydreaming yet different. Kim was often in trouble in school for what was considered the wrongness of daydreaming. Were you? What if it is actually a gift when you know how to use it as such?
