  • Carl Nicolaysen has been in the restaruant business since he was 17 years old.  Carl and his family built a business owning and managing Taco Bell franchises starting in the 1960's and his children continue to run this business today.  He is also very involved in scouting on a local, regional, and national level.  He has great stories and was very fun to meet and interview.
