  • In order to understand why you are stuck at your weight - which you say you hate - you first have to understand why you made yourself weigh what you do. hint- it's not the food. Food didn't make you weigh what you do. You did!! all by yourself.
    So why would you do something as foolish as making yourself weigh too much? The answer is that you couldn't help it. Really!! Emotionally it was more important to you to keep putting food in your mouth than it was to weigh less. Really.
    You weigh what you weigh because it is a weight that enables you to continue to put lots of food in your mouth and have a stable weight. If you had a greater need to put food in your mouth you would do so and weigh more. It's that simple.
    Diets will never, ever, enable you to permanently weigh less than you do because they are premised on reducing or changing the amount or type of food that you need emotionally. That is emotional deprivation and will never last very long.
    In order to weigh less permanently or choose what you want to weigh you have to eliminate your emotional need for food. Your ENF. It's really simple and it's FREE!!
