This is an experiment and a fun way to give you an idea of the things I talk about as well as my language/communication and leadership coaching philosophies. This document will eventually become my book.

During my coaching sessions, I am continuously experimenting and exploring with more efficient ways to help my clients reach their goals. Therefore, I use quite a bit of AI, but, there are also some things which cannot be replaced by and these form the backbone of my methodology: reading, free writing and my undivided attention.
