ABOUT HENRY

Henry Walker's life has been marked by adversity since a young age, with experiences of divorce and other traumatic events. He sought a father figure in the form of his stepfather when his mother remarried, but things didn't turn out as expected. The weight of these early traumas stayed with Henry throughout his service in the Navy and the Department of Defense, even after he retired. Instead of a single, life-changing event, it was the supportive community around him that ignited a spark, inspiring him to confront his trauma. This transformation led Henry from a life of avoidance to one where he now guides and supports others on their journey through trauma.
