Listen in as Evolving Enneagram Founder Nhien Vuong interviews friend and fellow Enneagram professional Rania Hussein (Enneagram Type 1) (Cairo, Egypt) about her personal, spiritual journey with the Enneagram. Rania is an IEA Accredited Professional & the Co-Founder of Wesal, an Enneagram organization devoted to wellness based in Egypt.

In this interview, Rania shares about her spiritual journey as an Enneagram Type 1 who is Muslim whose journey has evolved to incorporate more Sufi and other spiritual influences, including participation in Evolving Enneagram’s interspiritual contemplative Enneagram practice community. Hear about Rania’s painful wake up calls, wherein she recognized the difference between following the letter of the law and following the spirit of the law with respect to her own spiritual journey. Rania’s path as a Type 1 shifts from one of being overly rigid and critical of self and others to one of bringing greater compassion (first to self then to others) and the kind of warmth and presence that invites others to lead with their best.
