  • Today, we're reacting to Daniel Penny's acquittal on all charges for the death of Jordan Neely after Penny placed Neely in a chokehold to keep him from harassing other passengers on the subway back in May 2023. The jury found him not guilty of criminally negligent homicide, and we go over the liberal politics of the case's judge and prosecutor, making the jury's decision even more gratifying. Of course, Penny's acquittal didn't stop Black Lives Matter from promptly calling for riots and protests to fight back against "white supremacy."
