Throughout his life, Isaac dreamt of taking flight toward his dreams, yet faced many obstacles and challenges that kept him on the ground. He wants everyone that reads this book to know one thing, you were born to fly!  Isaac is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration in the College of Business at Tennessee State University (TSU). He conducts research in social entrepreneurship and teaches courses in business strategy, entrepreneurship, and leadership.  He also serves as the Chief Strategy Officer of Pivot Technology School, where he fosters relationships to further the organization's mission of training minorities for technology careers, and as Managing Partner at HBCU Impact Capital, a hybrid venture studio and micro private equity firm.
