A voice built on the joy of permission,

I write, speak and sing for my family.

Untapped dreams crescendo through this body unashamed.

It can take a lifetime to find our centre,

But find it we will.

And there inside we climb a tree to marvel at the view,

Our breath flies over the world,

We inhale the sweet notes we deserve,
