For example, to rule is to be ruled. Rulers worry if people actually consider them as Rulers. Similarly, rebels, by simply calling themselves so, acknowledge the existence of control. Those who judge fear judgements. Thus, these polarities clog our minds and don't let us feel free. Freedom is a privilege that needs to be earned. You have to put in the work (inner work).
