    We are so on and to able to explore new interesting things that it adds to our stress levels. Take a brake sometimes from the phone. Put it away. Look only once an hour or once a day for potential important messages and then do nothing more. Read books, meet people Be present. Realize that the world works well without you know what is going on.
    Give yourself a few days of "phone fasts" a month. Teach your children awareness and discipline.
    Your stress levels will come down and you will feel in control of your life. Enjoy.
