Injustice and Incompetence, Indifference; The Terrifying Truth of America and its deliberately malfeasant process.

This is not a pleasant story. Either ineptitude laziness, corruption in collaboration with stupidity caused this. Its
Infuriating, heart breaking That the investigating police did in fact do less than police integrity calls for.
