  • The Disappearance of Marilyn Lehan (Maine)
    Mar 27 2025

It wasn’t unusual for months or even years to pass without contact between Marilyn Lehan and her family, but when her brother decided to make a spontaneous visit to Marilyn’s home in Maine one summer, it set off alarm bells. The stories about her last known whereabouts don’t make sense to her family, and at this point, no one knows for sure the last time she was seen alive.

    • Marilyn Lehan would be 70 years old today. If you have information relating to her disappearance, please contact the Maine State Police Major Crimes Unit - North at (207) 973-3750 or toll free at 1-800-432-7381. You can also leave a tip by visiting the link here.

  • Remembering the Disappearance of Ralph Jean-Marie
    Mar 20 2025

When 38-year-old Ralph “Rizz” Jean-Marie was reported missing from a motel where he was living in Barre, Vermont, the story was that he up and left after an argument, leaving behind his personal belongings and everything you’d think someone might take if they were going to start a new life for themselves somewhere, or even just taking off to get some space for a few days.

But from day one of the investigation, law enforcement had reason to believe the initial narrative of Ralph’s disappearance wasn’t anchored in the whole truth. Ralph didn’t just walk off, never to be seen again. Someone, or multiple someones, had a hand in his disappearance, but getting answers as to what really happened proved a challenge for local authorities.

Family members and activists alike have been critical of law enforcement’s response to Ralph’s disappearance, and they continue to speak out today about the lack of progress in the three-year-long investigation. This case is layered - from a secret inquest, to demonstrations and protests from local activists to the prosecution of a journalist - it all stems from the biggest and most important question at the center of the case: Where is Ralph Jean-Marie?

    • If you have information about the disappearance of Ralph Jean-Marie in Barre, Vermont, on April 13, 2020, please contact Barre Police at (802) 476-6613.

Great stories and storyteller

I really enjoy Kylie and the stories she tells. I love that some are unsolved and some have a resolution. It’s so nice to actually have some resolution with some of the cases she shares.
Kylie has a knack for storytelling and I’m loving this show as a whole.

great most of the time but...

Normally, I like - no, make that, love - your podcasts. I am well on my way to listening to every single episode available (not in any particular order). I've given you tons of five stars but this episode (Elizabeth Jewett murder) was a real disappointment. I actually stopped listening part way through because this episode was drowning in your obvious political leanings. I get it, you are opposed to, as you put it, the "criminalization of sex work." I happen to disagree but that is really neither here nor there. We are each entitled to our opinions. but I - along with, I wager, 99.9% of your audience- listen to be entertained not proselytized. Just a little food for thought from a diehard fan.

great true crime podcast obsession

The cases are presented with respect and very little extrernal opinion interjection. You feel connected to the cases by the narration. Well worth the listen or binge

Being from the North East this podcast is great

I was able to binge this entire season so far non stop. I found this on audible too. I found episode 1 to be a great amount of time at around 30 mins . Each episode is at that amount of time. Perfect . Please keep up the great work.
