  • From High Blood Pressure to Feeling 25 Years Younger!

    #207 - When Troy, a 50-year-old dad of two, first reached out to me, he struggled with yo-yo dieting for years. He’d lose weight doing endless cardio, which left him depleted, only to gain it all back. At 235 lbs, he hit his heaviest weight. His blood work was a mess. He had high blood pressure. His doctor warned him about his non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and said “I’m not going to tell you that you’re fat, but you do need to lose some weight”

    But after seeing his friend’s success in the Forging Elite Fathers program, Troy made a change!

    Now, he’s down 77 lbs, and is also a size 39 jacket (from 46!), a 33 waist (from 41!), and his blood work and blood pressure are perfect.

    Even dining out every day, Troy has mastered how to eat right and still enjoy life.

    He says he feels better today than he did in the army 26 years ago.

    And best of all, he’s inspiring his friends and family too!
