  • There is a lot of conversation going on still about the American election and what it means and how it happened. I don't care to join that conversation politically because that's not what I do.

    However as a business performance coach and perhaps a student of the human condition let me just suggest a couple things that I saw that may have made some of the difference.

    You are certainly free to disagree and I would love to hear your words for the conversation. But as always I hope it finally comes down to no one but you and maybe meet which is for both of us to ask where are we going to do differently that is better bolder braver and will make us stronger, and is there a way we can help each other.
