He has built cyber defence capability ground up 5 times hiring & nurturing high-performance teams for Banking & Fintech for 14+ years, as E-commerce & Integrated logistics during the last few years.

He is a Mentor & Advisor for 100+ deep tech and cyber security startups, through NASSCOM Deep Tech Club, DSCI, & T-Hub.

He is currently pursuing an Executive General Management program at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

We discussed everything from his Journey into the field to building skilled cybersecurity teams from scratch. Helping 100+ startups implement cyber awareness programmes to finding a GTM strategy for building a successful tech startup.

He inspires people by explaining about why he made that bold decision to pursue an Executive MBA degree while he was at the peak of his career. We even discussed why it is important to continuously learn and grow every day.
