Why it's important to be intentional about one's actions and impact, says Arthur: "If you do things in a very transparent way, there's gonna be impact. If you do things in a bad way, there's gonna be a negative impact. As long as you do positive things, you're certainly gonna have a positive impact. If it's not gonna be right away, it's sooner."

Why establishing a solid foundation of values is crucial for growing companies, according to Chris: "It's time to really decide what are the things we're gonna hire and fire by. Because as we scale we actually need to reduce the amount of complexity as much as possible, we need to make things simpler. If we build this roadmap together, future decisions will be easy."
