The results, as you might expect, were nothing short of catastrophic. And by catastrophic, we mean a delicious cookie we can not stop eating.

    While our baking endeavors were a great success that led to ruining our lives, we did manage to salvage something from the wreckage: a brief exploration into the mysterious world of maple syrup. This sticky, delectable substance, often associated with cheerful breakfasts, holds within it a surprising degree of scientific intrigue. It is our hope that this segment of the podcast will provide a momentary respite from the grim tale of our baking misadventures.
