He joins Joel Heitkamp on "News and Views" to talk about his win last night on the Faro ballot regarding the lodging tax. The 3% lodging tax on hotel rooms passed by about 52% to 48% and will be in effect for 25 years. Money generated from that tax will go toward building a convention center.
