We've previously talked about health, but focussed more on physical health and how to take care of your body, but taking care of your mind is just as important!
This episode dives into a few ways of expressing emotions or situations like feeling pressure, stress, overwhelm etc, as well as some of the things you can do to look after your mental health. It's great for when you want to have those deeper chats in Catalan and not just always resort to 'bé' when asked how you are!

This episode is a part 2 to the last episode where we talked about healthy and unhealthy habits.

We break down a dialogue which is one person giving advice to someone else about their unhealthy habits.

There is some language that practises what was learned in the previous episode and some new language which we see in a natural context of a dialogue.
Remember that the detailed lesson notes provide some more context and explanations of some of the grammar points that we didn't have time to go through in this video.
