Featured Article: Challenging Racial Bias in True Crime Stories

In cases involving Black and Brown victims, the reporting of true crime is its own kind of injustice. Bad things happen to Black and Brown women every day. But no one is talking about the color of their hair and eyes, their job, their education, or how much they are loved by family and community. Discover a growing gamut of podcasts that runs from deep-dive single case investigations to compilations focusing on missing and murdered Black women.

Great, Informative

These stories need to be told, Lord bless the narrator for doing these podcast. Reminds us of the ones we’ve lost but never will forget. There should be one about men as well. Great way to get the truth out there and put it inside people’s hearts. There may be someone out there who can help solve some of the crimes. It gives the families traumatized a sense of hope and also comfort in knowing that someone is out here fighting with them and remembering their tragedies. This is a great podcast. I love true crime. Narrator really gives a great account with emotion and passion. Great job! You need a tv show!

Covers cases generally not covered

Cases that easily hold my attention. Tragic endings (solved and unsolved) of lives every bit as deserving of investigation and media coverage as any other demographic. Miss Cofer (host) does a stellar job of researching, writing, and voicing these cases.
