Betrayal

In this episode we’re going to navigate through my personal experience with betrayal. And how this situation caused me to react in a way that made my realize my “flight mode” needs to take a back seat in my life. Many of us don’t realize the awareness that sobriety brings us. Even the things we think we buried and could forget about may resurface. And learning how to address them as healthy as you can is essential.
